Text Messaging Terms

These terms cover text messages between you and Mop Maids LLC on our business number, (469) 202‑0025. By texting us, or by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to be contacted by text, you accept these terms.

Program
Mop Maids customer care — scheduling, quotes, appointment confirmations, arrival times and service follow-up.
Frequency
Message frequency varies. Messages are sent in reply to you, or about a booking you have made.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for messages; your mobile carrier may.

How you opt in

You opt in to text messages from us in one of two ways:

  • You text our business number first. You will find that number on this website, in our Google Business Profile listing, and on our printed service materials.
  • You give us your mobile number when requesting a quote by phone or through the booking form on this website, and agree to be contacted by text.

We do not buy phone number lists, and we do not message anyone who has not contacted us or asked us to. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.

What we send

Messages are about your enquiry or your booking. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages on this number. Typical messages look like this:

Mop Maids: Thanks for reaching out! Your deep clean is confirmed for Thursday at 10am. Reply here with any questions. Reply STOP to opt out.
Mop Maids: Returning your call about a house cleaning quote. What’s your square footage, and what day works best for you? Reply STOP to opt out.

Stopping messages

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message from us and we will stop texting that number. You will receive one final confirmation:

Mop Maids: You are unsubscribed and will receive no further messages.

After that we will not text you again unless you start a new conversation with us. Opting out of texts does not cancel a booking — call us on (469) 202‑0025 if you need to change or cancel a clean.

Reply HELP to any message and you will receive:

Mop Maids: For help, email support@mopmaids.com or call 469-202-0025. Msg&data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.

Carriers and delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier, and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers may change without notice.

Your privacy

Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, other than the messaging provider that delivers the messages on our behalf. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page.
