Mop Maids LLC (“Mop Maids”, “we”, “us”) provides residential cleaning services in North Dallas–Fort Worth. This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us or book a clean, what we do with it, and what we never do with it.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need in order to quote and carry out a clean:

• Contact details — your name, phone number and email address.
• Service address — the home to be cleaned, and its approximate square footage.
• Job details — the kind of clean you want, scheduling preferences, and any notes you give us about your home.
• Messages — the content of calls, texts and emails between you and us, so we can answer you and keep a record of what was agreed.

We do not take card or bank details on this website. Payment, where it applies, is handled by our payment processor, and those details sit in their systems rather than ours.

How we use it

• To give you a price and schedule your clean.
• To contact you about a booking — confirmations, arrival times, changes and follow-up.
• To return your call or your text when we miss one.
• To keep our own business records, and to meet tax and legal obligations.

Text messages and your mobile number

If you text our business number, or give us your mobile number and agree to be contacted by text, we may reply by text about your enquiry or your booking. Message frequency varies by conversation. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP. Our text messaging terms set this out in full.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your information, and we do not rent or trade it. We share it only where that is necessary to run the business:

• Our cleaners — the name, address and job details needed to do the clean.
• Service providers working on our behalf — our telephone and messaging provider, our email provider, our scheduling tools and our payment processor. They may handle your information only to provide that service to us, and may not use it for their own purposes.
• Where the law requires it — for example in response to a lawful request from a court or a government authority.

Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, other than the messaging provider that delivers the messages on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep customer records for as long as you remain a customer, and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can answer follow-up questions and meet our record-keeping obligations. If you ask us to delete your information and we are not required to keep it, we will.

How we protect it

Access to customer information is limited to the people who need it to do their job. This website is served over an encrypted connection, and the services holding customer records are password-protected and access-controlled. No system is perfect, but we do not keep information we do not need, which is the best protection there is.

Your choices

• Stop texts — reply STOP to any message from us.
• See or correct your information — email or call us and ask.
• Delete your information — ask, and we will delete whatever we are not legally required to keep.

Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will appear here before they take effect.
